Happy Music Healthy Mind

If you know a senior, or are a senior, or even close to being a senior we’d love for you to join us at St. Michael's Anglican Church for a FREE community music program called Happy Music, Healthy Mind, it runs on Thursdays from 1-2:30pm. You don’t have to have any musical background (you can though) it’s more important that you get out there and have some fun with us.
